Clown Toddler and Infant Halloween Costumes

Homemade Toddler Halloween Costume
A homemade costume can be created quite simply with the right equipment. If you have a one-piece jumpsuit solid color jumpsuit or outfit you can decorate this with fabric paint to create a multi-colored polka-dot look. Do not use spray-paint as it smells and won't look nearly as good (trust us). Then paint their face with kid-safe face paints. The face paint does NOT have to be extravagant. We recommend a white layer of face paint over the entire face, then small upside-down triangles under the eyes and creating a large red mouth. Don't forget to finish the costume off with a multi-colored wig or hat and clown nose.
