Chucky Halloween Costumes

Chucky, the main character in Child's Play and other Chucky movies, is one of the scariest horror series of all time right behind the classics like Saw, Nightmare on Elm St, etc... The one thing about Chucky that everyone can agree upon is it's scary because it's related to a doll that comes alive. That is just plain freaky as most of us have had dolls or some sort while growing up.

The Chucky costume is a rather simple costume to put together with the right costume and mask or makeup. The Chucky costume should have blue overalls with a colored horizontally striped shirt underneath. That is the simple part that could be assembled at your local thrift shop.

The tricky part of this costume is getting Chucky's face looking right. You have two options a Chucky Mask or face paint. If you're using face-paint to create the costume we highly recommend using some face paint appliances or latex putty. These are used to to make the scars on Chucky's face look much more realistic and gruesome. If you just draw them on with face paint they won't turn out looking realistic or scary so be sure to make the face paint look right!

Sexy Chucky Costume
Finally, what is a Chucky costume without having a Girls or Female Chucky costume. In this case the costume is considered to be the 'sexy' version of the costume. The Sexy Chucky Costume features a short skirt which looks like the overalls and striped shirt. It also includes knee high red stocking to really make the outfit sexy.

The Chuckie costume is making a comeback so be sure to wear it this year before it's too popular in the following years!
