Black Swan Halloween Costumes
Black Swan is one of the most acclaimed films of 2011 with many awards and nominiations for awards. The fact that Natalie Portman one the Oscar for best leading actress only makes this movie even more well known. All this means that a great costume this Halloween will be the Black Swan costume.
The Black Swan costume takes a bit of work but the end result, when done correctly, looks terrific! To start you must find a Black Swan outfit like this one here. This costume includes a black corset, a short and sexy black tulle skirt, a feathered tail, and feather choker. It also includes black gloves and a feather headpiece. We recommend not using the feather headpiece and using a princess crown.
Next you must add the correct make-up as the costume alone doesn't bring the Black Swan persona to life. The poster on the right should hopefully help to
create your make-up correctly. First, whiten your face to a very pasty white. Next, add red lipstick with black lip-liner around the outside. Finally, add the the black eyeliner which should go from the bridge of your nose, over your eyes and all the way to your hairline. 
You hair should be pulled back tight and placed in a bun with the princess crown on your head. You should now have a very realistic Halloween costume that everyone will recognize and appreciate!
A fun play on this costume is to have yourself and a girlfriend dress up in a Black Swan and White Swan costume. You could even switch costumes (or turn the White Swan into the Black Swan) throughout the evening to really make a great Halloween costume!

Evil Emperor Zurg Halloween Costumes from Toy Story
Evil Emperor Zurg the arch enemy of Buzz Lightyear is a great costume for Halloween. Emperor Zurg is an evil space Villian who has red evil eyes with neon gritting teeth, silver horns on his head, a purple tunic with a black cape on it and his weapon, a gun. The great costume combined with the fact that he's a Toy Story character makes him a terrific Halloween costume!
Unfortunately, finding an Evil Emperor Zurg costume can be a bit of a challenge. Right now the best 'costume' we can find is a Zurg hat which features a purple printed Zurg head, white horns, and a black brim. Check it out here. To finish off this costume with the Zurg hat you should wear a purple tunic/long coat with a red cape.
Alternatively, we have listed a few different pre-made costumes from ebay. These costumes are actual pre-made Zurg costumes licensed from the Toy Story franchise so you know they are good quality. However, these are almost all slightly used because the actual costume is not for-sale online anywhere (trust us we searched for a LONG time!).
This costume also works really good as a Father-son, Brother-Brother, friend-friend or even a group costume. You can have everyone dress up in a Toy Story character costume to really come up with a great themed costume. When you head to a party or trick-or-treating everyone will appreciate the effort that your group put into it to create the costume!
